Newton House is a country house hotel of style and character, set in 1.5 acres of grounds.

Originally built as a Dower House in the 1840's, its Victorian charm still remains today, providing a friendly and informal atmosphere where you can relax and be treated as an individual. Guests at Newton House can savour the convival log fire atmosphere of the bar lounge, or the peace of the quiet lounge. Most of the rooms remain in their original design, with high ceilings and ample proportions. The bedrooms are sited on two floors. Most are on the first floor, but two ground floor rooms can easily accommodate those with mobility difficulties.
