The restaurant looks out onto the front lawn and gardens. It is the
perfect venue for that quiet dinner for two, for a business dinner to impress a client or
for a full dinner function of up to 80 - 100 people. |

fortunate to retain the services of our excellent chef, Ken McIntyre. His food is
legendary in the New Forest. |
Dogs are permitted in guest's bedrooms but not in the public rooms and are charged
from £3.00 per day minimum plus extra for food provided.

and his family, as with his parents Beryl and Brian previously, have been leading people
to this delectable part of the country for more than 40 years. "As with all family-run hotels, you get that special
personal touch, so that our guests get immense pleasure out of staying here. Families are
particularly welcome, and children are as important as any of our grown-up guests."
Special arrangements can be made for Golf Societies and The Watersplash is the perfect
venue for other important events such as Weddings, Christmas parties and small conferences
(where the quiet surroundings help delegates to relax and concentrate on the subject in
hand). These are all part of our agenda of hospitality and we will be happy to discuss any
individual requirements. |

The Watersplash
Hotel is located in Brockenhurst, a New Forest village with its own busy community -
shops, pubs and amenities; within easy reach of all that this 'Forest of Kings' has to
offer. The approach to The Watersplash Hotel is along a quiet leafy road known as 'The
Rise'.
Once there you will immediately appreciate why visitors return year after year to enjoy
the country house atmosphere of this peaceful and beautifully located hotel. The grounds
around the hotel cover more than two acres of lawned gardens and shady arbours. |
| All accommodation at The Watersplash is of a very high order. Public rooms
are spacious and attractively furnished while every one of the twenty three bedrooms has a
private bathroom or shower en suite, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and
direct dial telephone. |
Two beautiful four-poster rooms are available, including The Colonial
Four-Poster suite which also features a magnificent double Jacuzzi bath, for that special
occasion.
There are 4 large family rooms, each equipped with baby listening service, cots and
highchairs are available on request. We also offer 3 ground floor rooms which are suitable
for the disabled. |
